The Centre has created a number of 'Phototrails' as a resource for visiting groups and their leaders to use whilst staying at Ingleborough Hall. Essentially they are booklets designed to lead you round a walk in the local area, taking you to places of historical or geographical interest. Some simply guide you through areas of natural beauty or act as a walk from A to B. They consist of a series of photographs that act as a navigational aid, leading you from one photo to the next. They enable youngsters to take their turn leading the group, identifying landmarks and key features as they orientate the photographs.
Each Phototrail comes complete with a map extract of the route, and direction arrows and instructions are sometimes incorporated onto the photographs to give route descriptions where appropriate. Accompanying notes are available for some of the more popular walks.

Please note that the photographs and accompanying notes have been produced by Ingleborough Hall for the use of its own groups. The Centre cannot be held liable for the accuracy of information or right of access across private land. It is the responsibility of all users to ensure that they obtain all necessary permission when venturing off public rights of way. Hazards do exist on the walks and group leaders in particular are urged to make themselves aware of these before setting out. Finally please respect the countryside by following the Country Code.
